Celubrious Message of day

“Don’t let the golden years be the winter of your life. Let them be the harvest.”
                                          -- Middle East proverb

No matter your age I hope you still have a close relationship with your soul mate, one that is open, giving, fun, romantic and intimate. When you plant these seeds of love and cultivate them; aging and time will allow you to share a closeness that reaches beyond your own needs with love, compassion and empathy.  With cultivation and nurturing the love you have will continue to grow, and the warmth and friendship you have will continue to flow. How lucky you are if you can agree to disagree agreeably, ease your anxieties by spending leisure time together and celebrate your playful loving spirit by laughing together. Keep those flames burning by focusing on truly giving from your heart!  Remember birthdays, anniversaries and holidays; send flowers, letters, cards and other tokens of affection. Date your spouse, try dancing, making out in a parked car, enjoy romantic dinners together and picnics, anything to bring back fond memories and help build new intimate ones. Last but not least thank your Lord for your soul mate --- that very special, special blessing.

Random Reflections
·       A romantic embrace can only be compared with music and with prayer.
·       That no matter how serious your life requires you to be, everyone needs a friend to act goofy with.
·       Cry with someone.  It's more healing than crying alone.
·       Staying friends and companions through the years requires that you find ways to make time together and enjoy doing things together.
Give the gift that keeps on giving; the book, “Celubrious” a celebration of life,  for someone you may know that is ill, sad or depressed or just needs some encouragement in dealing with today’s situations. "I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for Thou Lord, only makest me dwell in safety".  Psalm 4:8
  Peace, Carmen Maria
Rules from God

1.
Wake Up!! Decide to have a good day.
"Today is the day the Lord hath made; let us rejoice and be glad in it"
Psalms 118:24
2.
Dress Up!! The best way to dress up is to put on a smile. A smile is an inexpensive way to improve your looks. "The Lord does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at outward appearance; but the Lord looks at the heart." I Samuel 16:7
3
. Shut Up!! Say nice things and learn to listen. God gave us two ears and one mouth, so He must have meant for us to do twice as much listening as talking. "He who guards his lips guards his soul." Proverbs 13:3

4.
Stand Up!!..... For what you believe in. Stand for something or you will fall for anything. "Let us not be weary in doing good; for at the proper time, we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good." Galatians 6:9-10
5.
Look Up !!... To the Lord.
"I can do everything through Christ who strengthens me."

Philippians 4:13

6.
Reach Up !! For something higher. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not unto your own understanding. In all your ways, acknowledge Him, And He will direct your path."
Proverbs 3:5-6

7.
Lift Up !!... Your Prayers.
"Do not worry about anything;
Instead PRAY ABOUT EVERYTHING."

Philippians 4:6

I thought this was mighty special, just like you.
Pass this on and brighten someone's day, and remember:

God answers
all prayers.

Something to consider for the NEW YEAR
WHAT IF THERE ISN'T ANYMORE
One day a woman's husband died, and on that clear, cold morning, in the warmth of their bedroom, the wife was struck with the pain of learning that sometimes there isn't "anymore". No more hugs, no more special moments to celebrate together, no more phone calls just to chat, no more "just one minute."
Sometimes, what we care about the most gets all used up and goes away, never to return before we can say good-bye, say "I love you." So while we have it, it's best we love it, care for it, fix it when it's broken and heal it when it's sick.
This is true for marriage.....And old cars... And children with bad report cards, and dogs with bad hips, and aging parents and grandparents. We keep them because they are worth it, because we are worth it.

Some things we keep -- like a best friend who moved away or a sister-in-law after divorce. There are just some things that make us happy, no matter what.
Life is important, like people we know who are special.. And so, we keep them close!

I received this from someone who thought I was a 'keeper'! Then I sent it to the people I think of in the same way.  Suppose one morning you never wake up, do all your friends know you love them?

Let every one of your friends know you love them. Even if you think they don't love you back.. And just in case I'm gone tomorrow:

I LOVE YA!!!
